Terms of Service

StayRelieved is a free informational service that helps US consumers explore whether a debt resolution program may fit their situation. Based on your responses to a small number of questions on the Site, we direct you to a third-party provider that handles enrollment, contact, and the actual program.

StayRelieved is NOT:

• A lender, bank, or financial institution
• A debt relief provider, debt settlement company, or debt management company
• A law firm or attorney service
• A credit counseling agency
• A government agency or affiliated with any government program
• A financial, legal, tax, or credit advisor

We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or credit advice. Information on the Site is general informational content only. Consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision.

To use the Site, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of the United States
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and truthful responses

The Site is not available in all states. Certain debt relief programs may not be available depending on your state of residence.

You answer a small number of questions about your debt situation and goals. Based on your answers, the Site directs you to a third-party provider. From that point onward, your relationship is with that provider — not with StayRelieved. Any information you give the provider, any agreement you enter into with them, and any program you enroll in is governed by their terms and their privacy policy.

StayRelieved does not enroll you in any program, make any decisions on your behalf, or guarantee any outcome.

StayRelieved makes no guarantees regarding:

• Approval or eligibility for any debt relief program
• Savings, payment reductions, or debt resolution outcomes
• Timelines for becoming debt-free or completing any program
• The terms, fees, or services of any third-party provider
• The impact on your credit score or creditworthiness
• The outcome of any communication or negotiation with creditors

Debt relief programs typically involve fees and may have an adverse impact on your creditworthiness. Programs are not for everyone. Results vary based on individual circumstances. Not all consumers who enroll in a debt relief program complete it.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful responses
• Not use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site
• Comply with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to refuse service or restrict access at our sole discretion.

When you are directed to a third-party provider, you leave StayRelieved and enter that provider's site or speak with them directly. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for:

• The accuracy of any information presented by third-party providers
• The performance, conduct, or business practices of third-party providers
• Any harm or loss arising from your engagement with them

You are solely responsible for evaluating any third-party provider before engaging their services.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the StayRelieved name and branding — is owned by or licensed to StayRelieved and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any Site content without our prior written permission.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including UK consumer protection law where it applies.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAYRELIEVED AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST OPPORTUNITY — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. Where that applies to you, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StayRelieved and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the Site
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party right

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and StayRelieved agree to resolve any dispute through good-faith informal discussion first by contacting info@stayrelieved.com. If unresolved after 60 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a US consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 — shall survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StayRelieved.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them at our discretion.
